1. Provider & License

The provider of the TankKosten/FuelFile app is BeeBack UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Scheffelstrasse 20A, 60318 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Using the app grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal or business receipt tracking. Prohibited actions include copying, modifying, distributing, and reverse-engineering the app, as well as removing copyright notices.

2. Free vs. Pro Tiers

The free tier allows one vehicle and a limited number of OCR scans (ten in the first month, then three per month); manual entries and local backup are included without limits. Exports (DATEV-CSV, CSV, PDF) are reserved for the Pro tier. The Pro subscription removes the scan limits and unlocks all exports.

3. Subscription & Billing

TankKosten/FuelFile is available as a monthly or yearly plan; the yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial.

Billing is processed through Apple or Google with automatic renewal.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Refunds must be requested through Apple or Google directly — we cannot process refunds ourselves.

4. Disclaimers & Liability

OCR text recognition is provided on a best-effort basis and may contain errors.

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and fitness of exported data for their intended purpose.

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. xhub.io disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

5. Third-Party Services

RevenueCat handles purchases; Apple and Google handle platform billing according to their own terms.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not restrict mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of residence.
